Since when did they stop checking marshal sector times?

He was clearly way too fast through the mini sectors. Did they drop the individual marshal sector delta time checks for red flags?

Looks like Mclaren lost alot of pace the last couple of races. Rb solved some issues, but Mclaren lost a suspicious amount of pace.....

Very good lap by Russell. The merc is also very fast here. Mercedes was also fast on the straights.

That's what I am thinking. Was there some scrutiny or a TD of sorts?
