Yeah i mean for future races of course.dani5549 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:31I think they were sure there would be no more bouncing here, i don't think they brought the previous specXyz22 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:30Maybe i'm out of the loop but Canada has always been regarded as a stop and go track. In fact, even garbage cars like the SF 90 and SF 23 were quite competitive there.
But maybe i'm wrong.
If the issues are only due to bouncing, just switch back to previous spec and let it go. They won't win anyway.
Yeah but even with that bouncing last weekend in Spain, on FP1 Leclerc was absolutely nowhere on the previous spec. All their advantage from the start of the year has been gone, and now are even behind by a lot.Xyz22 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:32Yeah i mean for future races of course.dani5549 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:31I think they were sure there would be no more bouncing here, i don't think they brought the previous specXyz22 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:30Maybe i'm out of the loop but Canada has always been regarded as a stop and go track. Yes but you don't plan the engine shutting off do you?jumpingfish wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:36Sitting in the garage so that he doesn't have time for a fast lap. What were they waiting for, like hens hatching eggs? If Leclerc had been released 30-40 seconds earlier, he would have had time to start the engine and be on time. Bravo.
By this time with Leclerc they should pan for everything and anything. I mean we in this very thread criticized them multiple times for coming out early, so we can't exactly complain about that.scuderiabrandon wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:38Yes but you don't plan the engine shutting off do you?jumpingfish wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:36Sitting in the garage so that he doesn't have time for a fast lap. Yes but Mercedes were brave enough to run first, then McLaren so they don't have to wait on the pitlane.scuderiabrandon wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:38Yes but you don't plan the engine shutting off do you?jumpingfish wrote: ↑28 Jun 2024, 17:36Sitting in the garage so that he doesn't have time for a fast lap.
