Hamilton held that extra until the very last lap. That was a big one.

BUT

That lap is a bit of a sign for a boring season on its way.

So 0,6 liters is enough for one oil boating (with additives) lap. Mega difference those horsepowers make.

Well, not many can live with that engine mode in Q3.

Vettel and Verstappen could had probably got within 4 tenths without their mistakes.

Merc sliding around in sector 3 so they probably can get better. Scary.

Its just frustrating as the Renault cars aren’t going to really be in the fight again barring a massive upgrade.

It was there to be seen in Q2. Bottas suddenly found 6 tenths when he had to ramp it up. Lewis didnt run twice in Q2. So he had plenty in reserve in Q2 and still managed a 1.22.0

Just show, here is how much 0.6 litres means (per 100 kms)

The most worrying aspect would be if the gap is the same during the race.

Magic modes.

Why was there oil smoke spewing from Bottas's DRS arm after his wreck? Blowing the rear wing with the oil vapor?
Good question, coming out of the vertical vent (proper name anyone?)

Is that not the hydraulic fluid used to control the DRS open/close?

Unfortunately, it tells you something about the state of this sport when pretty much everyone already knows the WDC and WCC before the season has even begun.

Let’s be real, do even the biggest optimists seriously believe that anyone other than Hamilton will actually win the championship?
I called it.

season over. :(
