There is an ongoing request from Aston but obviously if HAM cut corners to finish P8 he will be penalisedismail1991 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025, 16:25I have never seen a race engineer announcing a 5s penalty to his driver before the penalty is confirmed. In addition, saying he finished p9 . What is going on?
True, but the issue is Adami told Lewis he was P9 and that they got 5sec penalty right after the race when he asked where he finished before it was even under investigationJambier wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025, 16:32There is an ongoing request from Aston but obviously if HAM cut corners to finish P8 he will be penalisedismail1991 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025, 16:25I have never seen a race engineer announcing a 5s penalty to his driver before the penalty is confirmed. Yeah that is what I am saying, it was under investigation not confirmed. Adami is not up to job sorry, they should find someone Lewis is more comfortable withLuscion wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025, 16:36True, but the issue is Adami told Lewis he was P9 and that they got 5sec penalty right after the race when he asked where he finished before it was even under investigationJambier wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025, 16:32There is an ongoing request from Aston but obviously if HAM cut corners to finish P8 he will be penalisedismail1991 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025, 16:25I have never seen a race engineer announcing a 5s penalty to his driver before the penalty is confirmed. Lewis finished P7 and a 5s or 10s penalty puts him P8 as the gap to Bearman was 13.x seconds.ismail1991 wrote: ↑05 Oct 2025, 16:25I have never seen a race engineer announcing a 5s penalty to his driver before the penalty is confirmed. In addition, saying he finished p9 . What is going on?
Again with this FP1 thing..We started well in FP1 then we lost ground with execution to extract the best from the car. But the main problem was starting in the middle of the stack and we struggled with cooling. When we pushed the pace was good, but we pushed 1% the whole race
Execution? It means we have potential and we showed it in FP1 and Q1. Execution means we started far behind in the race.

where the enginnering team is never at fault, and it's always the trackside team and the drivers who are ruining races. I haven't seen this level of copium from a TP over the past decade and a half.
< just say the car is BS and be done with it >
