Williams and Cadillac still have to climb past Alpine and Racing Bulls, teams with strong engines and better cars presently. - Williams upgrade could push them closer to the top 8 as they rumors that they car might be a lot better than initially anticipated (they passed a crash test that they though would take longer so are bringing more upgrades and a brand new chassis, outside of what was initially planned)
- Sergio Perez is undoubtedly one of the best at Baku (probably would say the best in race pace) and will likely put that Cadillac in a place it's not meant to be + there are upgrades coming to the car.
- We could genuinely leave Baku last in the standings
On Other news Honda 2027 MotoGP division apparently cooked with their 850cc engine. Here's top hope they do the same here soon for 2027.
While Aston Martin will be running at the back, I hope for two things at Baku. First, better performance in low and mid speed corners with the lighter car. Second, a minimum of doomers on the forum this weekend saying, "hOnDa SuCkS, tHeY mAkE tHe WoRsT eNgInEs." My goodness, it gets tiring to read all the Honda bashing when we know the situation has not changed and is only magnified with the long straights. We get it already.
