I thought silly season was over?...because it sounds silly to me *no offense to you bud by no means*

If Helmut has delayed the announcement of Red Bulls replacement driver for Webber it must mean Raikkonen or possibly someone else is knocking on their door.
If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

Funny time of the year as Kimi holds the key to the driver's market.
Lastly it was reported that in Helsinki he has told not-so-sober friends that he's going to wear red in 2014 - German Bild, print edition.
RTL thinks that Ferrari has offered him sponsorship for his motocross team.
Martin Brundle thinks that Kimi is bluffing and still could end up in Red Bull.
Kimi's manager, S. Robertson says that it depends on Lotus whether he will stay.

what a mess :)
Out of all these reports i´m inclined to believe Kimi drunk, talking about how he would be dressed in red ;)

Didn't Kimi mention recently that his decision for 2014 was liable to surprise people, and probably result in criticism?

Going to Red Bull wouldn't result in any criticism as they're still the best team on the grid, so it would be a logical move to go there.

Staying at Lotus I don't think would be surprising as even in spite of the news that Lotus has been late with paying Kimi on time, it hasn't really resulted in any sort of major out-cry by anyone. Going to Ferrari is the sort of thing that would generate a ton of irate people because after the events of 2009, it wouldn't seem to make much sense at all. Then again, it's not as if going back to a team someone once drove for no matter the circumstances of the departure are entirely outrageous as we did see it happen with Nigel Mansell in 1994 in spite of what happened in 1992 at Williams.

see your Vettel and raise you a Horner:

(Horner saying Kimi is still on their short list)
Favourite driver: Lando Norris
Favourite team: McLaren

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Some got lost in translation - I try a clearer one (with footnotes!):

Dialogue between two people who like each other. "Well, I like the "usato sicuro"(1), you like the" usato sicuro", he likes the "usato sicuro". Where is the problem?" ""Indeed there is no problem, except for the fact that after such a thing I have to close the blog, having received the highest satisfaction possible."(2) But you do not close anything, this is not the beginning of the end, but only the end of the beginning." " I obey. "(3)
Ps. As for Fernando's reaction to the news that will come, I quote the sentence that ends an inspired Renault spot: "I have no idea" (and there is no need to have one, I might add)(4)
Ps2 As agreed, see you Tomorrow for the other answers of my tablemate(5)

(1) "usato sicuro": fiat brand for certified pre-owned cars
(2) Turrini is a big Raikkonen fan, and had promised in the past that he would shut down his blog if Kimi returned to Ferrari
(3) Citing what Italian patriot Garibaldi answerd to his king in 1866
(4) Raikkonen renault spot:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7s-hsVfe9Q
(5) Turrini was having lunch with Domenicali

Byron Young of The Mirror is now saying that Kimi is not out the running with Red Bull. He also states Button and Mclaren are not 100% for 2014.

This constant speculation is getting out of hand this week.

Is it not what they say that drunk people tell the truth? Anyway I'm hoping we will soon realize what is going to happen. It really is getting ridiculous with many people saying different things on the same matter.

If I were maclaren I snap up Kimi and replace checo, I'd also make Kimi #1 driver as button is useless unless the car is 100% to his liking and seems unable to develop a car to improve it!

Amazingly, I read elsewhere that McLaren want Kimi, and Ferrari want Jenson. Some tabloid in Spain I think.

Bonkers and probably not much truth to it, but I can see why at Jenson's age why he would shop around if he is losing faith in McLaren.
