yeah, its just a first day of pre season test, but, not amazing news. And now they has a huge problems and ta more than 2 hours to fix it. We'll face a worse year than 2025?

AFAIK it's not even clear that the origin is engine-relatedd
I'm guessing it's the cooling, that's why there's that open bodywork on the sidepods, and why they've added louvres. Also, possibly limiting the revs in the engine to avoid it getting too hot. They probably can't push it for too many laps to avoid engine failure, trying to keep it cool while they test other components.
That might also explain why they are able to get more laps in the morning sessions before the ambient temperature is hotter in the afternoon (Same as Barcelona).

- 2008–2018: Force India

- 2021–2023: The team competed as the Aston Martin Cognizant Formula One Team after rebranding from Racing Point ahead of the 2021 season.
- From 2024 onward: The official team name was updated to the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team after Saudi energy company Aramco became the primary title sponsor and Cognizant was dropped from the official title.
The Aston Martin F1 team has a technical arm called Aston Martin Performance Technologies (AMPT). He might have getting paid from that side of the house back then.
