Indeed. The manouver was far from hostile, and sadly it caused alot of damage. Antonelli took his braking very late, which also sealed the deal for Oscar which was also allready comitted.
As i wrote before, the move was not that hostile. Antonelli softened his braking just enough to jump a bit ahead which caused the contact. It was a racing incident. I wouldnt blame any of the drivers, they simply tried their best. Sadly it resulted in contact. He saw an oportunity and went for it.Emag wrote: ↑09 Nov 2025, 20:39Oscar cost himself more with that reckless restart by the way. He took out Charles Leclerc and he gave himself a 10 second penalty. If you put Charles as an extra barrier for Max and put Oscar 10 seconds up ahead, he would have been podium at worst with Max very likely behind him.
Oscar was blinded in following Norris and ended up losing points to Max. Never discount Max, even if he is starting from the previous race's grid.
I'm not a Piastri fan, but not a chance should he give up his chances.FittingMechanics wrote: ↑09 Nov 2025, 20:39Question for Piastri fans, are you in favor of Piastri now supporting Norris, he is 24 points ahead?
Yea. I think he’s the favourite to win the remaining races now with that unfortunately
Going for it was fine, but then be prepared if you can't make it. He was never far enough alongside Kimi to get away with it.proteus wrote: ↑09 Nov 2025, 20:51As i wrote before, the move was not that hostile. Qatar and Abu Dhabi will be close regardless. But even if Max wins every race, all Lando has to do now is finish the next two races without losing 23 points to Max and Max is out of it when we get to Abu Dhabi.
Agreed. It is not the McLaren way.Ben1980 wrote: ↑09 Nov 2025, 20:51I'm not a Piastri fan, but not a chance should he give up his chances.FittingMechanics wrote: ↑09 Nov 2025, 20:39Question for Piastri fans, are you in favor of Piastri now supporting Norris, he is 24 points ahead?
