I would like to ask the following
If "we win/lose as a team" as they always say....
Would you say Charles has his bit of responsibility in the team inherent struggles since he joined, or would you argue he's immune to criticism and it's entirely the team's fault?
I'm not talking about his driving, but his leadership in general, obviously everybody can have a bad day sometime.
Also,I single him out because he is Ferrari's starboy, with a huge salary.

It was looking good in the early stages of Spa as well, it's the later parts of the race on lighter fuel that trigger bouncing.

Higher temps compared to Saturday are helping as well

Boy, that undercut was fast from Charles… should mean he’ll leapfrog Piastri too.

But as someone suggested above, this pace might fade a bit when the car becomes lighter, like it has in previous races… hopefully P3-P4 is still on the cards, maybe a P6 for Sainz would be a solid recovery drive too.

Had to push the first lap at least. Piastri is in a much faster car. They can go long with the mediums. Race is with Russell.

The car is still sort of salvageable I think, it has pace in the race in certain conditions (this race, 2nd stint in Hungary). But there is a lot of work to be done to fix the underlying issues.

McL is a spaceship, but RB and Merc are reachable.
