We shal see the official result ince it comes out. In any case last two races suit Mclaren more than Red Bull.

Every race suits Max, so you can count on him winning last two.

Him winning them both doesn't matter if Lando is top 3.

I wonder now if McLaren kinda had an idea with the picking up the marbles on the cooldown lap
It's the skid wear. That won't have been affected by the marbles. I noticed that the mclarens were sparking heavily since lap 1 but dismissed it at the time.

Maybe not the marbles but they seemed a little more paniced that normal picking up marbles.

Scarbs thinks they might have had some idea with sensors though. Was that why they had Lando slow down so much Oscar couldn't afford to with Kimi

If you include the sprint Lando being 3rd on the remaining 3 races they'll be level on points. And Max with (I think) 8 race wins will take the lead.

That said, I think Lando is driving too well atm can see him either wining or 2nd and will be WDC

Still wins by 2. 22 points lost.

The goal has to be to gain 2 points in Qatar. Go all out for that.

If you fail you can have a straight fight again in Abu Dhabi, who wins takes the title.

Being conservative just opens you up to losing 10+ points in Qatar and then hope you don't have a bad weekend in Abu Dhabi.

Yes. They also said during the race "this is plan B for everyone" so they expected a two stop race. With two stops, your tires keep more of the rubber and you are not as low to the track.

I woke up to an absolute shi*tshow

From what I see, that's just a slam dunk DSQ. If they don't DSQ then they better come up with a damn good reason for it, because this smells fishy as hell.

Ah right stilly me

Don't see Lando/McLaren botching this anyway Lando has been very solid the last few races. Hasn't been any real signs of mistakes.
