Looks very possible right now, we might need to wait for Qatar to get a confirmation. If they have to raise their floor, they will be a bit slower, and the reason will most likely be this.

I normally wouldn't expect this to have much influence, apart from the mental side maybe, getting overly cautious, like Mercedes was in Interlagos two or three years ago.
