Interesting that Andrew Alessi and James Winepress were both at Red Bull prior to Aston Martin. Perhaps when Adrian Newey did his review felt both were not up to standard from his time at Red Bull

With his Aston Martin experience Greig is likely hired to set up the new windtunnel at RB. He is posting several vacancies on Linkedin related to the new windtunnel.

With regard to the Bladin rumour, his LinkedIn profile continues to list him as employed by the Aston Martin Formula One Team in the role of Aerodynamics Director.

With respect to the others and the notion of a “hire-and-fire culture,” no personnel were dismissed in 2023, a period during which the team achieved a measure of success. Staff changes only began to occur toward the latter part of 2024, once it became evident that the team’s rate of development had stagnated relative to the rest of the field. The decision to part ways with Dan was addressed through the recruitment of Newey, and it is common practice for a senior appointment of this nature to bring in trusted colleagues as part of a broader restructuring effort.

You're calling it a “hire-and-fire culture”, the reality is Dan getting replaced by Newey triggered most of the rest.
