Mclaren has never been a Mercedes works team. Mercedes powered yes.
Anyone caring to argue should understand Mercedes return to f1 was in 2010 as Mercedes GP(aka silverarrows).

Identify "Works team" JET, I consider McLaren-Mercedes a works-team pre-2009, when they were the sole user of the MHPE engine and paid to do so, just as I beheld BMW Williams a works team. Before that MS was driving for Benetton-Ford works team.JohnsonsEvilTwin wrote:Mclaren has never been a Mercedes works team. Mercedes powered yes.

Works team is when the Manufacturer has majority stakehold in the team.xpensive wrote:Identify "Works team" JET, I consider McLaren-Mercedes a works-team pre-2009, when they were the sole user of the MHPE engine and paid to do so, just as I beheld BMW Williams a works team. No. No monopoly. Just math. Black and white. Does the factory own the majority stakehold? Period.xpensive wrote:There's no monopoly on the term JET, just because Mercedes is the only factory team on the grid.
Good grief, why does debating with a three-pointed star supporter always have to go this way, you are not xactly doing yourself any favors with this kind of totalitarian argumentation?Cocles wrote: ...
