At this point in his first stint, Max appears to be a full second faster than Sainz yesterday.

Russell appears to be on a stint with, potentially, the actual race mode with speed trap around 300-302kph range.
Max on his race stint is clocking around 294 kph on speed trap.
Sainz was clocking around 292kph yesterday on his race sim (throughout).

Haven't extended my F1 TV Pro exactly for that reason. Not planning to waste 24 weekends on the Max show, have better things to do.

If that’s on the C3 and brimmed with Fuel, compared to Sainz’s run on his first stint that started to degrade towards the end… that’s an ominous stint by Max.

But, were we seriously expecting anything less? :roll:
