I saw onboard laps of renault and Mclaren in cota gp, their engine sounds was very different and also it seems that Mclaren has higher gear ratio at least in lower gears.is there any difference between their engine or exhaust design?
Usually different microphones/ microphone placement
Interesting

It's even more impressive once you factor in the comprised aero due to worse track surface this year.

Do the 2021 tyres have the same width as they have now?
Or is the thinner tread making them look narrower? They look like 2016 tyres to me.

I think the tyre width remains the same as this year, I’m not sure if they’re sticking to the shallow tread depth that they moved to this season or not though? Many teams wanted to move back to the deeper tread of 2018 at the start of this year, McLaren were one of the few teams against it.

Will the larger wheels be a headache or a relief for the aero guys? On the one hand having less tyre deformation at high load will be seen as removing a variable but equally I expect the teams will have to run slightly more forgiving springs with longer travel to level out the bumps that the tyres currently absorb and that brings its own issues.

Was the 2021 tyre test done with a modified 2019 car?

The Rears are the same... Front's width will be less...
The headline alteration is a jump from 13-inch diameter wheels to 18 inches, and the front tyre’s width (down by 35 mm to 270 mm).

It depends on the final iteration of the wheels. If they retain the wheel covers - as shown on the model at COTA - it should significantly reduce wake and consequently its management. I'm guessing the sidewall lateral movement would be mitigated as well, so that's another advantage.

The 2020 rear Pirellis are reported to have a substantial problem in this regard, hence the floor trimming. I think the 2012 ones had similar issues too, making tyre-squirt conditioning one of the critical areas of development in the blown-diffuser era.

Most drawbacks are probably just mechanical though, as you guessed.

I dont see how they look great? The whole car gets a cheap plastic toycar look with them.
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows

i don't know why you associate them with toy cars? for me they mean properly engineered suspension and much sharper handling, and generally better physics. but it is mostly about association i suppose, how we react to them

I’m pretty confident that next years car will be a reasonable step forward. Seeing the progress they made during the course of the season with a new car project, shows they know what they’re doing. The Renault engine though, I don’t share same level of confidence, I only have hope Renault continue to make progress.
