I remember this accident very well, from when I was watching it on TV like I've been doing to almost every F1 race since I was about 7-years old...WhiteBlue wrote:Ok, you found the video. I agree that it was this accident. But from the still photo of the video it could have easily been a Williams.
I don't agree that the side foto of the cars in question are so different at the blurred quality. Sure you posted the solution before but would you expect everybody to believe that you were right on this? Not everybody has a fotographic memory to identify the accident in such a blurred foto. With the video it became totally obvious, but we did not have the benefit of the video before. I as fooled by the livery change Ferrari made from 1993 to 1995. The 1995 was practically red only.dumrick wrote:..if you bothered to take a look at a side photo of that Williams (the rear wing is unmistakable), you wouldn't have been wrong. Furthermore, I had already answered the question before and said which car was it and year, so I don't understand how you thought that input was anywhere close to relevant...
You are correct. I remember that accident really well.dumrick wrote:Matt21, I'm just waiting for you to check my answer, to see if that's the one you were thinking about. Maybe our sources differ...
Jeez guys, it IS Gerhard Berger at Estoril 1993.xpensive wrote:But a Williams, my guess was a Scuderia Italia?
