When was re-fuelling re-introduced

Hi all,

Just having an interesting chat about F1 years gone by and we got onto the subject of re-fuelling. I understand it was banned in 1989 but we can't decide on when it was re-introduced. We are thinking '93.

Can anyone confirm?

yeah cant imagine formula one today with refueling
it plays a major role in every strategy created by f1 engineers (except
sauber 's fill and race last season )
