Yup. Lance Stroll is usually decent in wet/damp/changeable conditions, but then he had a total mare in Hungary.
However, as with most things the cream rises to the top. It's no coincidence Hamilton, Verstappen, Alonso are the ones usually regarded as the rainmasters. They are good in any conditions, nine times out of ten.
And yes, pedantic folk on whatever side of a fence you might fall, I'm sure you can be clever enough find a wet race where Hamilton or Verstappen made a mistake or didn't ace the field to vainly try and 'prove they aren't all that', but then really at the end of the day you're just showing yourself up.
