Great interview by Autocar with Jost Capito:

Jost Capito: “I absolutely believe we can reach the top again”

I really like his racer / no-nonsense attitude! \:D/

I do believe in the renewed Williams.
It's going to take some restructuring still, attracting strong drivers and (greatly) improving what they have.
They have already greatly improved this season, the fact that Williams are now able to score points consecutively is something nothing short of amazing.
No matter Russell's talent, the car needs to actually be capable - and it is.

Mclaren have just managed to get a win again - not on luck, but on real merit and power. I would argue they're not yet where RBR and Mercedes are - regarding the total package - but Ricciardo genuinly was able to fight Max for the win, no matter the contact with Hamilton later on. And they're right there in qualification too, even though that's where the 'biggest' lack still is to be found. I wouldn't even be surprised if they manage to wheel in another win this season.

This is important because Mclaren spiraled down fast and hard only a few years ago. I'm sure this also motivates Williams.

This is not good news. We have an enemy in the camp! Albon is a RedBull spy!

Seriously though, congrats, Alex. I hope to see how he works with Latifi. It will be one of the meme-teams rivaling Lando and Daniel.
A spy in the camp can be very useful as long as you manage what they learn

R.I.P Sir Frank Williams.

What a team he built. Some great childhood memories of those Rothmans cars in the 1990s and my beloved Damon Hill.
