The amount of laps is great, ready somewhere that the lap times were very consistent and that in itself is great news (regardless of that the time actually is)

Looks like good downwash along the sidepods feeding the floor slot nothing really going back to the diffuser?
That picture is most probably of the car leaving the pits after been “bathe” on flo viz… It’s just dripping down and not affected by the air while on track yet.
I don't think so? based on the angle and the Ferrari crew behind looks like he's pulling into the box?SmallSoldier wrote: ↑24 Feb 2022, 19:51That picture is most probably of the car leaving the pits after been “bathe” on flo viz… It’s just dripping down and not affected by the air while on track yet.
My understanding is McLaren does suffer from it, just not as much as everyone else, Ferrari apparently got worse overnightSmallSoldier wrote: ↑24 Feb 2022, 18:56A lot of talk about porpoising with the new cars (a trait that McLaren seems not to be suffering from)… Just in case some members are not checking every post in the site, this is how it looks:
This is probably why McL attracted so much attention for bottoming out yesterday. Relatively little porpoising despite running super low already
Much better human blockade than the seemingly open house yesterday!f1rules wrote: ↑24 Feb 2022, 21:32https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FMYq2uGXMAs ... ame=medium

Could that that cut out ‘flap’ on the side of the floor which is on what could be described as hinges be the trick which is helping Mclaren avoid the porpoising?
