F1TV saying RB seem to be timing the parts as its not fitting together just yes so at least it sounds like we will see the changes early

Can you reword this pls? I don't quite understand
The new parts aren't fitting together properly so they are manually timing them all down to fit. With the telerences levels of F1 cars probably not a surprise but

not dramatic but a more refined sidepod top surface downwash design.
The undercut is more Ferrari bulky now
