I pretty much agree with this... Fisi hasn't been doing himself many favours in the performance department.ISLAMATRON wrote:I think Bourdais, Nakajima & Piquet bring in money so imma go with FISI, to be replaced with Senna.
The same observations as here:crash.net wrote: Bruno Senna has revealed that Bernie Ecclestone has advised him not to 'commit himself too tightly' in 2009, lest the opportunity arises for him to make his grand prix debut after all – with suggestions it is Rubens Barrichello's position that could be the most under threat.

Trulli by Renault with Villeneuve replacing him for 3 races.DaveKillens wrote:Guys, when was the last time you saw a driver sacked during the season? Michael Andretti got the boot in 1993. Jacques Villeneuve voluntarily left BMW Sauber in 2006. Mansell quit McLaren in 1995 after just two races. That's all I can think of.
This is not like soccer or baseball where athletes get rotated and traded on a regular basis.
Mot a McLaren Driver but a Mercedez one, Paul De Resta is the best of the Bunch, but Senna has potential... Paffet needs to stay in DTM, I dont see a good single seater career for him.ESPImperium wrote:If Fisi was to get binned, he would be binned for a McLaren driver such as Garry Paffet id recon, Sutil may get binned for Bruno Senna.
If Bourdais gets binned, he will be replaced by Piquet or Sato.
When Piquet gets binned i think that Grosjean coule replace him, but i recon that Renault and STR will do a driver swap.
Nakajima i think will get binned for Hulkenberg sooner or later.
But i think mid season, we can see a little bit of musical chairs, and i can see as many as 5 driver changes.
Maybe STR will give Bourdais out of his contract early so he can come over and git ready to git'r dun running NASCAR a la Montoya?DaveKillens wrote:Guys, when was the last time you saw a driver sacked during the season? Montoya sort of was in 2006 after he announced his signing of a NASCAR contract for 2007 (and thereby putting him in breach of his McLaren contract). It was not the way it was dressed up but he was pretty much stood down mid-season and replaced by Pedro.DaveKillens wrote:Guys, when was the last time you saw a driver sacked during the season?..

HH Frentzen was dropped mid-season from Jordan in 2001 and replaced by Jean Alesi. (and ironically went to the team Alesa had left, Prost)
Gaston Mazzacane was fired mid-season from Prost on a performance clause in this contract. He was replaced by Luciano Burti.
Antonio Pizzonia was dropped mid-season in 2003 from Jaguar, making way for Justin Wilson.
Fisichella was dropped mid-season in 1996 from Minardi to make way for someone who could pay more.. Giovanni Lavaggi (who?)
Adrian Campos was also mid-season in 88.. after a string of crap performances.
