Looks like the wing connections to the end plate end a lot more car forward to encourage more air outboard.

More front wing area and less rear wing is a good sign that they expect some gains in the floor performance.

Did they find some extra horsepower to be able to afford the weight of all that extra paint?

Don't think I've seen anything on the surface so far that backs up the claims that Toto thinks or hopes these changes will go toward fixing the W13.

Just looks like a track specific package to me.

Is that a new floor? Hard to tell from the angle but the rear edge looks different?
