What a shame… That’s a lot of positions lost for Lando on that Pit Stop… Behind Magnussen and Schumacher is not what we needed… Still more than half the race to go, but

Nothing's working at the moment. Let's hope that big upgrade in Spain gets us at least outside in front from the midfield and solve the high speed circuit problems.

That outlap cost us the possibility for points today. What a shame.

Expected Miami to be worse than the last couple of good weekends we had, but competitors picked it up a bit this race as well. Hoping those Barcelona upgrades make the car more consistent and give it a wider operating window.

I think it’s more the downforce v drag keeping the car back at the moment. Eg efficiency of the downforce created

Lando’s pace on the hard isn’t that bad right now… On the same pace as Gas, Alo and slightly better than the Haas in front of him. Hopefully he will be able to get back to the points

Are we losing a lot of time on the last straight part? Lando doesn't seem to be able to catch the Haas.

Daniel going really long… That’s great actually… With the pace he has, he could potentially go for a one-stopper

That one extra second was so costly.

In the meantime I don't know what Red Bull did but their car has gained the upper hand over Ferrari after that upgrade. Only their reliability is their worst enemy.

Or go bold and go for a two stop with two stints soft. Could be doable with a 13 lap stint and a 14 lap stint. The new hard tyre doesn't give you an advantage in the end. It doesn't degrade enough, as shown by the Aston Martins, Russel and Ocon

Edit: never mind, he pitted for hards. I predict that we won't get any points this race.

Lacking so much mechanical grip.

Get the impression we are bolting on downforce to combat our weakness which is then making us pretty rubbish in a straight line, which is the polar opposite to recent years when we were very streamlined!

Actually Ricciardo will go till the end but the rest might go for one more pit stop. However he doesn't seem to be able to match the slow Williams so I think that is it unless something stirs up the race.

We are gaining time in the first and second sectors… It isn’t a mechanical grip issue, is simply straight line speed.

The team decided to get several upgrades coming to the car together and that’s why we haven’t seeing anything new, while the rest have brought different (less downforce) rear wings to this race

It’s interesting. In the chicane section Lando just can’t roll it through the last corner onto the back straight with good traction. Vettel just runs away from him. No chance at all

Smallsoldier what about the other teams? Have they brought upgrades so far? Are we still with Bahrain's Test 2 car?
