The sidepods look no different (which let's be honest would be the only thing we would be able to see with such low res pics).
They still could've done another reevaluation on how low they setup the car and we wouldn't be able to tell.

I think your memory doesn't serve you well. filming days are basically unrestricted but have to use non racing tyres. After all plenty of teams do filming days before even the first test of the season (Redbull/Merc).

Quite possible. Did not remember the rules in that regard quite well.

''Filming Days'' They are often used as a dedicated shakedown season for new cars. A car with new parts being used is a new car at least specification wise.As to the security/lock-down of the track being used. It is a right of theirs to prevent what is being used from being seen.
