26 cars on track for 20 mins might lead to some serious traffic

not sure yet if Q3 is low fuel

That's my one question because the current format is lame (Q3 is a real anticlimax) and to force them to run max fuel is crazy.

From where I can see things, 26 cars might prove to be wishful thinking at best.

Id like to see Q3 being a one lap shoot out version, basically you have 10 or 15 mins to go out at the optimum time and lay a out lap/hot lap/in lap and your done.

BUT, i think that Q3 needs to be overhauled, id allow for low fuel, but id make the teams use a single set of Quali tyres that are softer than the current super soft, basically one lap wonders.

With possibly 8 entries wanting to sign I think that 26 is very much possible and very much likley.

Q3 is low fuel next year because there is a ban on refueling, so after Q3 is done, all cars will be filled all the way up.

The more fuel efficient cars will need smaller gas tanks and thus will be able to carry less fuel and be faster around the track.

Wanting in May 2009 and being on the grid in 2010 is hardly the same thing. Not to my mind anyway.
Having affirmative rules for what cars and engines to use would be a good beginning.
