It seems we will never have a ducati champion... They crash so often
Casey Stoner won his 1st MotoGP World Championship riding a Ducati of course,
so it won't be a matter of if, just of - by who, how & when - it'll happen again...
During the time I watched Motogp MM and Casey Stoner are different level compared to others for me. When he (CS) was fighting for WDC where was his team mate ? I think these 2 names could dominate the season with this ducati bike.

Assen rain = aquaplaning

Crafar: noticed a different swingarm on the (semi-works) Pramac bikes
Tardozzi (Ducarti boss): are you sure
Crafar: yes I have photos and compared them
Tardozzi : short silence and then the spin talk

FP1 finished with the normally overriding Miller being sooo smoooth on a 1:42.589 for 1st.
Aprilias seem to have a fair bit more wing
Different tyre strategies with low pressure for some and normal for others making the treads work maybe more effectively
Even in the wet some were lifting the front tyre
The soft / soft assymetric wets were used

Dutch TT 2022
FP3
Aleix Espargaro 1:32.164 Front M/Rear Soft
Fabio Quatararo 1:32.205 M/S
Maverick Vinales 1:32.221 who was then demoted to 7th by the fascists because the team failed to remove the wet duck bill! more on this at a later date.
This elevated Alex Rins to 3rd showing that the Rins wrist risk is OK at the moment.
And have to mention Taka san then achieving 4th with a banzai run on the most dishonourable semi-works Honda. With the other Hondas still coming home. It looks like the other works rider Pol Espargaro may not be continuing this weekend due to injuries from the last two weekends, thanks Honda.
The Ducatis didnt seem to have the pace with nothing apparent to cause this.
It is a Yamahaesque track even with the 6 kph deficit.
The Aprilias seem just as much at home here chassis wise.
Quartararo's Yamaha was unusually unsettled on the bumps. What was the cause...hope it is not that Yamaha are using stiffer settings to appease the aero gods. FP4 and qually will maybe show this.

Yes what an overtake =D>
No japanese bikes until 8th
Fabio Quartararo's second crash appeared to be because the traction control did not work??
The first was ten pin bowling mistake.
The Aprilias are the equal of the Ducartis
Perfect race by Pecco
and congratulations to Marco Bezzechi for a perfect rookies race to second.
Vinales third place will give him needed confidence
After the race Quartararo went to Aleix Espargaro's garage and apologised which was accepted nicely by Aleix showing great cameraderie and graciousness.

Yes I am pretty sure that second crash was because of tc damage which happened first crash, during tarmac friction. Looks like tc cables were damaged but not fully diaconnected.
If that crash were not happen we can see aleix as winner. He showed such a good performance. He also save very cleverly during crash.
From yamaha side: bike were fastest over there in the hands of Fabio but he can not overtake at straights. this is the main reason of that move and crash. so Yamaha should make an engine delivers better acceleration. In this case they can not overtake even when they are fastest which makes rider to find different place to overtake and take risks like what we saw today.
The other thing is I don't know why they dont put tc cables inside of swing arm instead of upper side of it?

A poor effort by the factory team for not checking the damage when he first came into the pits after crash 1.

Do you have any evidence of the TC wire damage?

At spanish TV they said probaly his tires were cold after the stop at the box and slow laps letting other bikes pass.

That seems more plausible than any wire damage
