That was a crazy start, no idea how Dan made it through all that carnage! Glad Zhou is ok. Sucks how they are using the original grid positions for the restart.

So Lando will gain 1 place, and Daniel lose 1 place for the restart. Still keeps Daniel in the mix for points, his start was decent

Edit: was 2 places.

It's scary how fast Hamilton made a gap from Norris.

Good start from Norris though I think 6th is the best he can do today. Daniel lost places for some reason.

It's scary that we got outdeveloped severely this year when it was the opposite last year.

Daniel Riccardo has crappy pace once more.

What's with the pitstops lately? They started so well and now back to their usual chaotic self.

Dan got stuck in a DRS train and now they pit him early from mediums??

I think we should not give excuses to strategy. He has a faster car and should be faster than Little Schumacher. If he cannot get the best out of his car or close enough then I don't think he should be at McLaren. Lok at Fernando Alonso. 40 years old having been out of F1 for two years and he is performing with any car you give him.

Was dumb to pit him when he just got clear air on the mediums after cars ahead just pitted. We are not that fast on the straights, hard to pass the Ferrari powered cars. Hards are not working either. Another daft strategy call when he could have still been out there on the mediums with better pace.

I must disagree. You got to try real hard in order to lose from Latifi and Schumacher.

Is the hard tyre dog crap for us or in general, did Ric pic up some damage in T1 melee? becuase Ric is lapping slower than lando who has older tyres.

I wish I knew why Daniel has all the problems in the world two years now on each GP and Lando doesn't. What is Lando doing differently?

Now on softs?? I have no idea what they are doing with him. Lost 22 or so more seconds now for that extra stop.

DRS was stuck open. Forced pit stop.

Guys read the team live stream, you'll no longer be out in the dark. https://www.mclaren.com/racing/2022/british-grand-prix/

Ricciardo pitted because his DRS was stuck open.

Btw I am disappointed McLaren did not gamble with going onto softs. There were 17 laps for Lando and Ricciardo could have told them how the softs feel.

The question is why is it happening on Daniel mostly?
