Was there an action on Hamilton for blocking Leclerc in Q3? Didn't see that. Leclerc was shouting that it should be a clear penalty for blocking him.
I think you may need to go and re-watch

Leclerc was incredibly angry at the team because they did not tell him Hamilton was behind, therefore leclerc blocked Hamilton into turn one, Hamilton never blocked.

It was again a pathetic show from Ferrari, which is why leclerc was quite rightly furious.
The moment he talked about is after turn 10, Hamilton was on the inside (right hand side) while leclerc was on a hotlap. It wasn’t ideal but not blocking.

Looks like they don't have a spare low downforce rear wing for George. Could be tough for him

If no other spare, maybe?

It is, but you have to start from the pitlane

Bit silly not taking a spare for each car. Even if they didnt, surely they could fly one in overnight from the factory to the track. Its not exactly far.

Cant believe they havent got Lewis' car back together yet. They allowed to break the curfew overnight arent they.

Understood from local broadcast it's a hybrid floor they built overnight smth between old spec and new one if make any sense
Quoted in this thread rather than the W13 thread.

Is any of these rumours true?

from all the sessions you can miss, this is probably the one that hurts the least, as cars are in Parc Ferme anyway.

Tub swap so small/slim chance of car feeling slightly different. Still good to get some installation laps done to settle things in/ bolt checks etc.

I also do not believe that Merc did not have the Silverstone spec RW x4 ... but they might not have another spare so could be running a different spec in FP to minimize risk.

I believe that they re-use old floors the entire time instead of making new ones entirely, so chopping out a piece and bonding a new one in probably doesn't lead to a change in spec, as it's how the other floors were made in the first place.

Are they allowed to do that since cars are in Parc Ferme even for this session.

I'd argue that it just means they have to have the same setup etc for the sprint so as long as they have the other spec with the same settings back on the car in that session it's probably allowed, but that's just me guessing.
One would expect some "noted" messages if it was against the regs or the commentators getting information, especially since the other teams most likely would instantly be up in arms if it wasn't legal.
But we also know all too well that rules can and will be stretched here and there for the benefit of one driver or the other ... let's see.
