They never stop the watch in FP when a red comes out.

They can't delay other races because F1 has red flag.

really good job by those Williams guys indeed. We've had some surprise results in the past when other teams didn't bother to go out, but this was more or less on equal terms today.

Sure, some didn't catch another lap in the end when the conditions were best, but Sainz for example did, and Latifi was still quicker.

I saw it's dry indeed on the doppler.
There appears an increased possibility between 16:20 and 16:50 .. (hope my timezones are correct)

Teoretically yes. But pratically? No really just miniscule. Floor is still working as FIA intended.
