Not that much I don't think, the PU hasn't been the determining factor so far. It should be no more than a tenth or two and the gap is bit bigger than that.
I will say though, on the topic of the PU, it seems inevitable now that engine penalties will have to come. Lewis has already taken on a new MGU-K which is not of the upgraded spec permitted pre-freeze, so he'll have to take the penalty in Spa or Monza, and they may opt to change out the entirety of the PU into the Spec 3 they're allegedly preparing.
