Why not start the thread yourself? No need to wait for someone else to do it.PlatinumZealot wrote: ↑01 Aug 2022, 17:03Why hasn't the 2022 to 2023 slilly season thread opened yet? We are right in the thick of it.
I prefer the name of this thread, can the mods just add (2023) to the end please?Just_a_fan wrote: ↑02 Aug 2022, 07:51Why not start the thread yourself? I just tried to edit the title, but there is no option.SiLo wrote: ↑02 Aug 2022, 14:14I prefer the name of this thread, can the mods just add (2023) to the end please?Just_a_fan wrote: ↑02 Aug 2022, 07:51Why not start the thread yourself? Not according to him lollangedweil wrote: ↑02 Aug 2022, 18:34Well, apparently Piastri just got announced by Alpine for the 2023 season!

Good for him !!
Is it though?… Norris is leading and carrying the Team… He has taken the defacto #1 driver spot at McLaren and by the time Piastri joins he will have 4 seasons in Formula 1, which is plenty of time to stop considering him a “rookie”.chrisc90 wrote: ↑02 Aug 2022, 20:29That specsavers tweet is savage! haha!
Piastri should be jumping at the chance TBH. Even getting a seat in F1 is a huge feat and if Alpine are offering it, I would be jumping at it! If he's waiting on a seat at McLaren, then Norris aint going anywhere....and Danny is signed up, unless he gets sacked, but for McLaren, having someone with experience is better than someone with no F1 experience.
