But Piastri could not had signed a McLaren contract before 08/01.
I don't think this is technically true. He could've always signed a pre-agreement with mclaren that had a condition that it only turns into a contract if alpine doesn't exercise their option. 100% legal and I think very fair.

Don't forget that, especially with young drivers, it's quite common practice (unfortunately) that teams take them for granted and don't treat them very fairly.
Yes, you’re right and according to RacingExpress365 that indeed appears to be the case.

Australian sources are equally adamant that Daniel Ricciardo has been informed of his de-hiring, and that a soft landing is being sought for him

That is some beautiful, if not dramatic writing! Aside from thh term "De-hiring", which is such a cute and approachable way of saying fired or forcibly terminated, there is this:

"Forget not that Alonso is a driver who (twice) previously left Team Enstone under a cloud; a driver at the heart of every major F1 scandal this millennium; a driver who repeatedly left chaos in his wake; a driver managed by Flavio Briatore, whose reputation precedes him after he quit his role as boss of the same team in the wake of cheating allegations - yet Alpine went about re-signing him with an air of utter casualness"

It's over the top but full kudos to the care and grace with which it was written!

Its Daniel that has decided to split I think. Lando is just too hard to beat. Don't want a legacy as being his number 2. Makes sense to move to back to Alpine where he has Ocon's card.

. Lando is just too hard to beat.
C'mon, that's just silly talk - he proved it was the McLaren cars that were the problem last year by winning in Monza on merit. I agree, he should go back to Alpine, but only because they seem to know how to build cars that provide consistent feedback to the driver.

Every site some more than others gettering for F1 pretends and claim to be reliable and when not able to quote directly claims reliable inside information. Depending on what one would like to hear, what they push-out will either be part of the gospel or very much doubted.

It did, Mclaren got the car driving to his liking and he won the race, not thru luck either!

He won the race. This proves that the car is normal.

Sorry mate, but I think you need to take a course in applied logic.

Ric's fanatics are constantly coming up with excuses. Reality is simpler, Lando is better than Ric.
