He’s good at stop/start corners. Just seems to lose it in med-high speed, having to lean on and trust the car, and driving it on the edge. That’s where he’s been losing chunks of time to NOR over the last couple of seasons
If only he left himself another 100 yards or so more behind the FER. He was extremely close going into turn 1 and first sector. Good job though. It’s the traction from the chicane that seems to cost them most of the time, coupled with the Lesmos
If nothing crazy happens in the race we could take some points out of Alpine this weekend with Ocon starting way back. Did not expect this good of a start to the weekend here in Monza. The car certainly isn't suited to this sort of track this year.
