Not sure if this has been seen before (I had not seen it before). Found it on another forum and it brightened my afternoon up.
Carlos has had a haircut
yah he looks slick now ,only offtrack though
He’s only got himself to blame for not being closer in the championship fight. Reminds me a lot of RosbergShal_Leg16 wrote: ↑02 Oct 2022, 19:11Not a RB thread but just a small point, as soon as Max is out of picture...Perez suddenly becomes a race winning driver. That explains everything.
Perez drove a better race than Max today if you look at it overall. Max lost positions on the start due to a anti-stall, lost a couple more on the opening lap keeping out the way of the Haas. Made a silly mistake locking up and putting him at the back of the pack. He did do some stellar overtakes on the softs and inters but Checo just edged it for me today. Max was on fire with the overtakes on a tricky track.Shal_Leg16 wrote: ↑02 Oct 2022, 19:11Not a RB thread but just a small point, as soon as Max is out of picture...Perez suddenly becomes a race winning driver. Because if Max would be in the picture he'd be 30s down the road.Shal_Leg16 wrote: ↑02 Oct 2022, 19:11Not a RB thread but just a small point, as soon as Max is out of picture...Perez suddenly becomes a race winning driver. That explains everything.
Dont want to elaborate this topic here hence not replying to comments but the point i was trying to make is ...When Max is there imo RB puts all the eggs in his basket irrespective of where, why, what perez is doing. Imo that helps allot there is reason he wins from 3rd,7th,10th,14th. Again not to discredit Max he is very good.Shal_Leg16 wrote: ↑02 Oct 2022, 19:11Not a RB thread but just a small point, as soon as Max is out of picture...Perez suddenly becomes a race winning driver. He won on tracks where there was zero opportunities for overtaking. His only achievement was a good start in Singapore. In Spa he started ahead of Max and then how far behind did he end?Shal_Leg16 wrote: ↑02 Oct 2022, 19:11Not a RB thread but just a small point, as soon as Max is out of picture...Perez suddenly becomes a race winning driver. Context is important. Everytime Perez has won, there was some event happened where the driver faster didn't win. He never won a straight forward race.selvam_e2002 wrote: ↑03 Oct 2022, 06:56The point we need to take here is, if Max out Perez wins. why it is not happening with Ferrari and Sainz.
