I couldn't guess what the resolution of the data is.
For 2026 the maximum deployment is unlimited, but practically it will be 9MJ, the limit for recovery.
It looks like they could use all the 9MJ @ 350kW at Monaco (25.7s), but that would leave little time to recover the 9MJ (also 25.7s).
Monaco has a lot of braking events, but not many large stops.
