I dont think its integrated, maybe its under the lower wishbones?

Wouldn't read too much into that demo run... almost certainly this was on demonstration tyres so not exactly accurate with regards to, well anything.

Also, that was the 1st lap of the car ever... I'd be waiting until Bahrain Day 1 to start making points about compliance, balance and stability.

Apologies for the double posting, but is there a chance Ferrari isn't exactly on the minimum weight this year, given there's less paint/more carbon showing on the car?

Might be there to save a few grams, but not a fan of it aesthetically speaking...

Are they allowed a vane in that area? I thought that would be banned under the current regs.

Actually it looks more like it goes all the way into the sidepod. My guess is opening for electronics and/or battery cooling... The upper opening behind the cockpit is just a cooling outlet, used by some teams last year as well.
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

Could that be referencing the vertical vents shown on the rear of the side-pod that we are all speculating are being ducted from intakes beneath the typical openings?

The two could be connected as simple bypass without cooling purposes, but if that's allowed I would have made it at least twice as wide :mrgreen:

Why would it be illegal if it fits inside that regulatory box where louvres and such are allowed
