Production of a perfect femoral head piece made out of Cobalt Chrome with a lapping operation for the final finish and internal collets (something I have never seen)

The only downside with this design could be a higher than normal flow restriction.

The last time I used one was 1977 for a 1/16" hex hole (lucky to hold one thou tolerances) for an Allen key to adjust the rockers, cutting off the screwdriver slot thus lightening the rocker assembly. Psychologically it made me win races LOL
