M. shumachers replacement

Post

Now with string of bad results, there is more and more rumours of shumachers early retirements. Team bosses are now desperately trying to secure their 'star' drivers. Any ideas on the realistic future shumacher replacements. Currently there is the possiblity of kimi and alonso. but i think it is highly unlikely coz they are in 'big' teams. Nothing is said about jenson. Most probly he will be leaving BAR at the end of the year. Maybe a ferrari move? i also think it is time for rubens to leave. he seems to has lost his pace!! would it be great is ferrari can lure alonso and kimi ... another 1988 season in the making!!!

As a McLaren fan it would be gutting to have Kimi lost to the devilish Ferrari! I don't think there could be much competition between any two drivers at Ferrari considering their cautious, must-win attitude to racing. In the case of Kimi and Alonso, Kimi would surely assume the number 1 spot!

I hope they can make barrichello number one, so we can see his true potential.

I would like Kimi and Alonso to hold at least one driver's or constructor's championship for their respective teams, before they think of moving to another team. Personally, I want Kimi to stay with McLaren; you know, just like Hakkinen was defined by Mclaren.

Could you honestly imagine ferrari allowing parrotchello to show true speed and win the title for them post shoie. Barri is a casualty of war....a number two bum who will fade into a sour grape....like irvine. If they allowed him to race, then the great shoie may get tarnished !!!! Plus shoie is red forever......

Its great watch the world best driver proving his true driving abilities........WHERE ARE HIS GREAT SKILLS NOW BOYSSSSS

when shumy retires i think they won't put barri as number 1, they'll contract another fast guy, i think barri's days have gone, lots of speculations with alonso kimi and jenson.

Obviously you didn't see the Imola race, otherwise you wouldn't have posted such a comment.

If they could find somebody a little less vain... (this is a though one: who, in this grid is not, except Montoya? :D )

But Chumi's contract ends in 2007. I can imagine that NOBODY will mess with it, knowing his temper and price. We will hear a lot of excuses from him if the team keep losing races, because apparently Michael has lost the ability to enjoy driving, he only enjoy winning .

Barrichello? Forget it... somebody hates this guy in Ferrari. It seems that Schumi first of all, AND he is a power to be at Ferrari, once he retires. Be prepared for a string of "German" pilots at Ferrari. I would not think impossible that Michael find a job for .... RALPH, who is as good sportman as his brother  . He will fit very well with Ferrari's philosophy. Besides, Schumi could buy Ferrari if he wish, probably. I think he is the only one making money, as much money as Ferrari is losing. Next year is going to be pathetic: Ferrari will have to pay a lot for Micky's last year so the cars are going to keep its underperformance. They need a financial savior, but ¿who does not, except Red Bull and BMW?

Of course, Ferrari would pick this year's champion. I do not know if they can make it: Fiat is broken, GM ran away recently. Then, this is another though one: who will be this year's champion? Alonso? Raikonnen? Trulli :) ? Juan Pablo? =D> Do you think he (whoever that wins) will change teams if Ferrari does not rebound? And if Ferrari does rebound: will Schumi leave? Maybe. My impression is that Schumi goes after the money, and Ferrari is running low on cash.

Oh I saw that race. Your refering to the race where he was 1.5 seconds faster than anyone else on the track. Shoie is only fast when his car is better then anyone else on the track, thats what i mean by.

I should have known you couldnt read between the lines.

I nightmare of a season this will be for shoie. Sad.....So Sad \:D/

AND your cracking jokes thinking that ferrari have no money. [-X :-({|=

I would hate to see Rossi leave motogp for F1 in its current state. At this point he would be odds on favourite to become another victim of a talent surpressing, greed driven, political circus.

Long live the revolution

rossi in f1.. onli speculations.. i think he has better chance in rally.. do i think he can be world champ? dont know.. when john suttees did it f1 was less technical than what it is today.. dont get me wrong he is a great talent and prob. be the most likely candidate for being the second one to win both the world titles in 2 and 4 wheels.. i think we (ferrari fans) got to realise that its time for other teams to shine.. no one team has dominated for a long period of time. just hope that there will be exciting races!!

boyz.. no need to fight!! M.Shumacher is one of the best f1 drivers of all time. he is in the same level as senna, prost,lauda,stewart..etc.i personally feel that most f1 drivers skill comes up to the same level!! the onlly difference is those who win champhionships has that extra 20% that 20% is their desire to win and the ability to Concentrate at a 100% level throughout the entire race.. THAT is SHUMACHER!!!
