Any photos of a potential outlet or inlet?

I could just be seeing things. Post updated at my guess.

Yeah it looks like it could be covered by a blanking panel for now, and to open it at the test.

The reason I suspect them is because they are working in Maranello and well...engineers have espresso.

Edit: Upon closer inspection, I'm not sure I see what I think I see so it's probably straw clutching at best. However, given the similarity conceptually between the Haas and the Ferrari, it's hard to see Haas not integrating one if they have not already.

It would probably cause a bit too much of a stir if Haas show up with an S-duct. It's not the sort of thing I imagine Ferrari would share, and the chances they arrived there by coincidence are astronomically low. Doubt it's them.

Haas has last year Ferrari sidepods and the s-duct wasn't designed on those.

Most likely not S-duct related, but they have brought new (presumably higher-cooling) bodywork to Bahrain, they just did a second shakedown before the test and posted a video on Twitter (as you can guess by the horrendous compression).

Image

As you can see, they have a giant slot that goes all the way from the halo height and blends into the regular louvres on the sidepods. Very elegant. Weird that there are only two slots (highlighted in yellow), but perhaps this is adjustable based on demand.

On a slightly more tinfoil-hat note, they also posted a bunch of pictures with dialed-up contrast which conveniently hide the front of the sidepod and floor entry where any S-duct inlet could be located. And these new slots (the front one at least) could very well be hiding an outlet.

I agree with the above statement that it would cause a stir for them to turn up with one since Ferrari did, but any alleged flow of information presumably goes both ways. Who’s to say someone at Haas didn’t think of it first? Hypothetically speaking, of course.

No s-duct visible here but might not want to show it off so blatantly

Look at the last picture, inside the sidepod inlet, below the mirror (in this view). I think i see a dividing structure that intersects the bottom radius. If it was somewhere, it's there.

Vertical outlet behind the cockpit that was not visible on the car this morning. It's possible they have a removable panel here.

From behind:

With the previously noted divider in the sidepod inlet, it seems quite possible this is one of the other rumoured s-ducts

Looking at not the new winglet on the inboard side of the endplate. Look at the diveplane.. seems interesting the way it joins to the endplate
