I am sure there are a million EU "conflict of interest" laws against this. Bernie could simply close down his agency relationship with CVC/FOM and take a singular side. He does have all those numbers on speed dial but.... track owners and promoters may not want to see him ever again especially when they remember his rates and revenue splits. The best bet for CVC is to hire Tony Soprano or Sammy "the bull" Gravano within the next four days.... or maybe Madame Dominatra can oversee Max's "auto-asphyxiation". It is looking bleak for CVC's billion dollar trouble child.
