unfortunatly we will never know how great the little brazillian could have been....

having said that put fang into a 2005 ferrari or schummy into a 1958 mercedes and see how they would go.

i think when its all said and done schummy will go down as the greatest.

it is his turn to be in the right place at the right time.....

mates,
i guess its down to personal fav's.....while some like flair i would settle for smoothness.....i guess we cannot give our word for the drivers of the old era.....but i guess we should never fall for stats........" STATS ARE LIKE MINI-SKIRTS.......WHAT THEY REVEAL IS 'attension grabbing' BUT WHAT THEY CONCEAL IS VITAL !".my order would be(>1985):

1. "professor" PROST

2. "QUICKSILVER" SENNA

3. "UGLY" SHUEY

and i still cant go past the fact that senna's reign was cut short.....

Also Jim Clark has an awfully short career. Fangio started at an old age. Anyway, for statistics to be compared, we should estimate the error of the measure... :-s
