Anyone manage to wrangle a better pic of the floor and confirm if it is indeed different to testing or not?

Nothing visibly different to testing. Don't know if it's the spec Sainz tested as they haven't put the floor stays on

In this same pic you can see some of the curvature of the venturi floor fences (car's left hand side)

Has anyone seen the single pylon rear wing yet? The latest formu1a.uno post says they will bring the new wing but the author also isn't Duchessa. Additionally, could it be possible that Ferrari run much skinnier wings this season because they get much better airflow than last season to the RW?
I think Vasseur said on F1TV , after testing show, that the wing will be fixed for the race weekend.

The floor won't change so quickly during the season, it will take time, last year all teams were chasing quick solutions to help with bouncing so there were new solutions every other day. And if they choose to first explore all the options for tunnel design, edge treatment progress will be even slower.
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

We will need to wait for Sainz to park it in the gravel so we can see any new stuff under floor. :D

Has Ferrari always had the slotted brake disc pass through cooling vents on the perimeter of the brake disc? I don’t remember this. Most teams have circular holes passing through the perimeter of the disc. On mobile so I can’t really markup the pictures, sorry.

I wonder if Ferrari have found superior heat rejection or weight reduction with this design.

There is a post with photo of F175 brakes on a previous page made by user SmallSoldier. There are circular holes visible. So this could be new brake disc design.

A more clear picture of the potentially new brake disc design:

The machining (? Or is it casting?) of the slot looks very poor in some areas. I wonder if this is distortion from the camera lens?

There are too many "wrong" details on the photo, a better one is needed 8)

The whole image look like it's AI zoomed in. The size and pitch of the holes have been limited in the regulations the past few years due to cost anyway.

It's the declaration form. Some teams were more thorough with it than others  compare with williams for instance
I see, well it's for Sam Collins' benefit so Sam Collins-level commentary doesn't feel like a crime. Apparently the Williams guy doesn't suffer from impostor syndrom as much as the Ferrary guy  :D
