Fairly confident it is just the angle of the shot... look at the DRS mechanism; Looks off centre, which it most definitely isn't in reality.

Just the picture not perfectly centered. The coke bottle area and the inverted suspension layout look incredibly clean from this angle

Rear upper wishbone looks to be decoupled into separate fwd and aft links in a “multi-link” arrangement.

Trying to get the suspension “virtual” upper pivot farther outboard, maybe? Or areo related with cascade arrangement?
