It may be my dodgy eyesight but we also appear to be running a lot of camber on the front wheels?
Looking at it more, it could just be the deformation of the tyres.
I'm not taking advice from a cartoon dog

Is the flap (Green Circle) connected to the diffuser ? Is it legal ?

Has been a misleading purely optical feature that has been noted since pre-season in 2022. It's fooled many of us :)

Looking into the diffuser though, i think you can see a metal skid block/flow conditioner, similar to rb ?

Whoever spotted it (looks like the post is gone), good eye. That might be a skate in that photo, above the jack. McLaren have a unique edge wing (visible on the previous page), it passes under the floor. It might be a wing-skate hybrid.
