Mechanics were working with what seems Alonso's rear suspension or something in that area for a long while, is it setup change or some issue?

Edit: According to Spanish broadcast they did some late session setup changes: ride height and rear stiffness. Unluckily though Fernando could not complete a lap due to the Haas and then Hamilton, so it's a bit unknown for us if the changes worked, maybe not for him. I think he only completed the 1st sector both times.

How was his 1st sector time before session stoped?
Anything Stroll has in terms of lap time Alonso can beat by half a second..

Purple. But the Aston has always gone very well on the 1st sector to be fair.

Don't underestimate him. Lance was very close in Jeddah (one of Alonso's weakest qualifying tracks if you know him) but made a mistake in sector 3. I don't like that Fernando couldn't complete a lap with the new setup due to the Haas and Lewis, he will only have Q1 and Q2 to find out.

Lance Stroll easily the weak link of the Aston team at the moment. It’s not harsh to say that, he’s a seasoned driver by now but he’s finding out what top level really looks like, where money can’t save you.

It was very weird because he was half a tenth behind Fernando and then comes Q2 and he didn't set any times. We'll see the team will say if anything happened

Zero chance of this. Lance is being shown up by Fernando in this season so far, and today was no different.
