Can't be sure if those are the new pods, but there's some different fins here.

Yeah, that engine cover is very different from both cars. But since those are the new sides, we can see there is still a tub inside them, so if they are fully downwashing, it's another different take at that philosophy. Also the winglets behind Halo are new.

It's clear here how the sidepods join the floor remaining more external till the end of the floor itself.
No more or very reduced coca-cola area compared to old spec.

From these angles, it looks like F1-75 more than RB18/19, so still not sure what's going on. Could be something in between. Intake undercut is bigger than ever that's for sure, but not much...
