Lando did nothing wrong. He was in his normal racing line. Sainz and Hamilton slowed into him. Hamilton should be watching as a veteran 7 times world champion,

Can see the rain in the distance on the helicopter shots. Just need it to get to the track.

All we can hope is a safety car and a rain that will change things as Lando was 3 seconds faster each lap in Monaco from everyone during that rain. Do you think Lando has more damage apart from the front wing? He doesn't seem to be going well right now. The bad thing is no incident is happening to bring a safety or a rain to mix things up. Only on a Mclaren.

So anything to talk about?

Strange race pace wise. Not entirely sure when tyre management is kicking in etc.
NOR definitely not setting the time sheets alight. Wonder if he’s trying to 1 stop now

PIA pace is good too. Boy is starting to impress me more and more

Lando just eeking out his tyres, done well to be in this position considering the long nose change at the pitstop. Still needs rain. Piastri looking quite racey, points up for grabs for sure.

It's a pity though. He was in his normal racing line and Hamilton slowed down on him and it's ironic as Hamilton is very careful as a driver.

Hmmm he’s just pitted. That was a weird stint

You keep saying the same thing. Was purely a racing incident. Hamilton slowed as sainz did, so as he did not go into the rear of sainz.

He pushed really hard early in the stint to make up for the nose change, so wasn't too bad. Long stint on mediums then fire on softs at the end perhaps.

It was indeed a racing incident but I expected much more from Hamilton as a racing veteran 7 times world champion to be looking around him. Lando was in his racing line and did nothing wrong here. It's not a matter of glasses or not. It's a fact and I don't see why it offends you so much.

Lando put his nose in a risky position, nothing to blame on Hamiltons part at all.

Reports of rain now, fingers crossed it intensifies!

Let's see if the rain can help Lando repeat what he did in Monaco cause unlike Monaco he will be able to do pass after pass here. I'm convinced that Lando might have more damage than just the front wing as he is struggling at last.
