Honestly I think that Sharkie comment was related with the part about many people swimming faster than the world records as it doesn’t seem to me that he talks about Senna accident saying that safety car caused it.

Anyway my main point was exactly the opposite as S_M one about the cause of the accident, looking at the evidences (and curious lack of some of them) there’s little room for doubts about the real cause of the accident (not of the death), nothing to do with safety car, tyre pressure, car bottoming or aero. The fact that people, insist on these explanations is related with details of the court case that I don’t think is opportune to discuss here.

They should use faster cars in order to enable better cooling by going fast on part of the circuit where the situation is clear. Nothing brakes better than F1 so I say use Murcielago or something simmilar and double them just in case one ends up in gravel.

I'm serious about this, imagine safetycar stalling or going of track while the train follows it!!!

What the rules say about such situation?

thats why they got experiance race driver driving the safety car. I dont think they need faster safety car..What the should do is in situations where they will take a long time like ralfs crash.. they should stop the race and restart it!!

Couple of years ago I've seen "experience race driver" stuck in gravel with AMG, remember that? Even more, it happened while they were closing the track before the event without any F1 car following SC!!!

I agree with restarting, I hate SC.
