You couldn't.
This is the Valkyrie's storage compartment, filled with one can of fix-a-flat and a tyre inflator.
Since there's no storage space in the interior, the first-aid-kit had to be stowed behind the front number plate.
A Safety Car also needs bulletproof reliability, which would rule out most exotic hypercars and definitely the Valkyrie. And the 50 L fuel tank might also be an issue for a car that uses 45.7 L / 100 km (WLTP low, more on track).
